Pushing Through Change with Yoga at Dragonfly Yoga Studies
2020 continues to be year of the change. We can’t escape change – we can either embrace it or fight it. We can use our yoga practice to help us push through the change and move forward in our lives to create a positive impact and foster personal growth. The core of yoga is mindfulness. As we feel the physical pull of holding a pose for the first time, we slowly feel our bodies open and relax. Simultaneously, all the whirling thoughts from the day begin to dwindle as we focus on the pose and become aware of our minds and breath as we begin to unwind.
Come unwind your tensions at Dragonfly Yoga Studies in downtown Fort Walton Beach. A mystical presence greets you when you enter the doors of our yoga studio. You are welcomed with warmth, peace and serenity. Reset yourself. You are not alone – we are here. Our amazing yoga instructors and your fellow yogis are here for you. Join us for yoga practice, yoga teacher trainings and yoga life.

Inspirations by Laura Tyree
It’s a difficult and strange time for all of humanity.
Still.
You could choose to surrender your worry, your fatigue, your depression, your dark thoughts.
God’s got us all.
It’s just that ebb and flow are monstrously fierce right now.
A raging sea of change.
And hey, don’t kid yourself, no one is immune….
no matter how mentally strong, no matter how spiritually fit.
These are great times of transformation.
It is a searing and uncomfortable Blessing.
And none of us will come out of this unchanged.
