Dragonfly Yoga Class Specials for August 2020
Dragonfly Yoga Studies welcomes new and existing yoga students to bring their souls to the mat at our yoga studio in downtown Fort Walton Beach. Whether your intention is to relax or energize, we have a yoga class for you. For the month of August, new students to the Dragonfly Yoga Studio an enjoy two weeks of unlimited classes for $25. There are yoga classes for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced yogis and our instructors will welcome you with open arms.
Current Dragonfly yogis can purchase a seven-class yoga package for $65 or a two month unlimited yoga class package for $155. Dragonfly Yoga Studies continues to evolve with exciting new yoga classes including our ever popular new LiiT (low-intensity) yoga classes. You can easily purchase these yoga packages online here.
New Limited Yoga Class Schedule
There is a new, limited yoga class schedule beginning this month. Students can still enjoy a variety of different yoga classes, including active, LiiT, Chill and Easy. Please make sure to check our web site for the most up-to-date yoga class schedule as it is subject to change and make sure to register online for all yoga classes as space is limited to 10 students.
New AYTT Launch Date
We are moving forward with our Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Program (300 hr AYTT) with a new launch date of Saturday, September 12th. If you have your current 200RYT certification and ready to take it to the next step, this is the best program with the most phenomenal teachers and instructors including Laura Tyree, Moira Anderson, and Melissa Shalongo. Your current 200 RYT combined with this 300 hour AYTT program equals your 500 hour certification. There’s still time to sign up for the 300 hr AYTT program here.
Special August Yoga Class
Who couldn’t use a little peace and ease these days? You are invited to a special yoga class to unwind and relax. Join us on Wednesday, August 19th at 6 pm for Candlelight Yoga Class with Laura Tyree at Dragonfly Yoga Studies in downtown Fort Walton Beach. Experience deep ease, calm and peace. Relaxation, rest, renew by soft candlelight. Enjoy gentle movements, soft music and a relaxing ambiance to help you unwind and ground your mind, body and soul. Laura will lead you in gentle stretches and mindful breathing under the warm glow of candles. This yoga class will help you with deeper sleep, relaxation, improved concentration and moods.
