Take a deep breath....you made it to August. Locally we are getting ready for back-to-school and a regular routine. Now's the time to revitalize from the summer with great yoga classes at the Dragonfly Yoga Studio in downtown Fort Walton Beach. This is a perfect time to join us with wonderful yoga class specials for new yoga students and our loyal current yoga students.

We have special deals for our special yogis! Whether you are a loyal student of the Dragonfly Yoga Studio or curious to begin yoga at our studio, we welcome you with these great August yoga class specials. Our new student special for August is 2 weeks of unlimited yoga classes for $25. We offer yoga classes for all fitness levels, from beginner to restorative yoga classes to flow and more. Our yoga instructors are experienced in helping yoga students of all levels to enjoy their class and get the most out of their practice.
Our current yogi students can buy a yoga class package of 10 classes for $75 or 1 month of unlimited yoga classes for $85 (save $35). And don't forget that we offer FREE yoga classes for all local military members!

Yoga Workshops and Events
We've had an incredible summer at the Dragonfly Yoga Studio filled with love, laughter, friends, music, fellowship and great yoga classes. This past weekend, we had the most amazing weekend with our yoga workshop with the one and only Swami Jaya Devi Bhagavati. From unforgettable spiritual talks and Kali Natha yoga classes, it was a weekend we will never forget.
The weeks ahead look just as exciting at the Dragonfly Yoga Studio. We are honored to welcome Doug Keller in September for a Yoga Teacher Training Immersion course weekend. Topics he will cover include Sacroiliac, Low Back and Neck Health; The Lower Body; From Hands to Heart; The Upper Back and more.
